Port Value is led by Rafael Aznar, a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in the maritime infrastructure, marinas and tourism sectors. Throughout his career, he has built trusted relationships with port authorities, investors, operators and key institutional stakeholders.
Rafael has a proven track record in originating opportunities, leading operations in new markets and driving growth for private equity backed companies and large organisations. His expertise spans operations, M&A, tendering and concession processes, as well as the full lifecycle of port and marina development: from strategic planning and design to financing, construction and operational management.
The combination of strategic vision and a strong international network enables Port Value to integrate knowledge, capital and management capabilities to deliver projects with real impact.
